Necessary charges other than the product price: In addition to the selling price, there may be a prescribed shipping charge.

Payment Methods and Timing: We accept credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Diners®). Please use the card in the name of the person making the order. If the credit card holder is different from the orderer, we may not be able to accept your order. After placing your order, our staff will confirm your order, and your credit card will be charged when the item is shipped. However, this amount may be displayed as your usage limit after you place your order. Closing dates and withdrawal dates vary depending on each credit card company, so please contact your credit card company.

Product shipping time: Unless specified at the time of ordering, the item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Please note that delays may occur due to traffic conditions or bad weather. During the year-end and New Year holidays and periods when orders are concentrated, we may not be able to deliver your requested date and time due to shipping conditions. In the unlikely event that the product cannot be delivered, our customer support will contact you by email or phone.

How to deliver the product: After the product is arranged, it will be shipped by the shipping company.

For returns, defective products, or cancellations, please contact us immediately after receiving the product: Please note that we do not accept returns unless the item is defective. Shipping costs for returns due to customer convenience will be borne by the customer. If the product is defective, we will cover the cost. We do not accept returns on custom-made products (custom-ordered items, custom-made items, etc.). Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Return policy: If the product is shipped to the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return the order within 7 days for any reason and without justifiable reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unopened or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
