Product Introduction

1.1 Automatic Sampling Device:  The automatic sampling module sends a certain amount of sample into the combustion furnace system for analysis. Both solid and liquid samples can be detected, and the computer-controlled system converts them into a liquid suitable for automatic ion chromatography sampling.

1.2 High-Temperature Hydrolysis Device:  A modular, fully integrated automatic system that requires no manual intervention in the sample combustion process. The high-temperature cracking furnace operates at a temperature of ≥1200°C with a control accuracy of ±1°C. The complete set includes a quartz tube, absorption liquid device, and sample boat. The mass flow controller (MFC) uses oxygen and hydrogen (full scale 1000 MCCS) with a flow control accuracy of 1% full scale and a response time of less than 4 seconds. The computer's human-machine interface allows operation from outside the glove box. It is equipped with an automatic liquid injection device and seamlessly connects to the ion chromatography system: the 10/20-position sample boat continuous sample feeding device, along with the high-temperature cracking and ionization process, is fully automated and continuously completed. 

1.3 Gas Absorption System:  Provides moisture to the combustion furnace to extend the life of the combustion tube and improve recovery rates. It accurately controls the volume of absorption liquid added without the need for an internal standard. Single-point multi-point calibration is performed, automatically and accurately establishing the standard curve. The cleaning system avoids residue and improves recovery rates. 

1.4 Ion Chromatography Analysis System(Dual system eluent generator + ion chromatography host + automatic sampling and dilution unit/customizable according to actual needs) enters the ion chromatography analysis system for sample analysis. It supports a wider variety of detectors: integrated constant temperature system with built-in column, automatic sampling and dilution unit, all-plastic non-metal flow path, dual data backup for stability and reliability, dual system eluent generation. 

1.5 Integrated High-Temperature Decomposition:  The system features comprehensive integration of high-temperature decomposition and ionization processes, all automated for continuous completion, ensuring efficient and accurate analysis.

1.2 Working Principle  In the technical detection process of the combustion furnace-ion chromatography combined system, the sample is first thermally decomposed in a low-oxygen environment within the combustion furnace. It is then combusted in a high-oxygen environment. The various gases generated by the combustion are absorbed by an absorption liquid and then analyzed by an ion chromatograph.
